OUR PRODUCTS RELATING TO CONFECTIONERY MANUFACTURING

1) . TWM-600 W - Energy Efficient Twin Nozzle Hot air Unit for double twist candy cut and wrap machine. These units are being used in almost all Indian companies and we are the pioneers in these products and we hold patent rights too.
2) . TWMS-450W for single twist cut and wrap machine
Both these versions are totally stand alone type and have inbuilt Heater, inbuilt Air Blower, and an incoming voltage regulator to reduce the output heat if desired.
Both these versions are completely made from SS 304 grade material keeping in mind the Hygiene, so desired in a food industry.
Both the heater and the Motor for the Air blower are continuous rating type and need very little attention once installed.
The units perform very well up to production speeds of 350pieces per min
The power requirements for the units is as follows
a) . TWM-600W- Double twist wrapping -- 560 watts/230 volts Heater , 40 watts /230 volts motor for Air Blower . Totally single phase. , 80 to 230 volts variable voltage controller. ( Temp of air at outlet will be about 350 deg cent )
b) . TWMS- 450 W Single twist Wrapping – 410 watts/230 volts Heater , 40 watts/230 volts motor for air blower , Single Phase, 80 to 230 volts variable voltage controller. (Temp of Air at outlet will be about 350 deg cent)
The dimensions of the units can be altered to suit individual needs if required but the standard models are of the following size
450 mm height X 125 mm width (Max) X 185 mm length.
Weight of the unit is about 5 kgs (Net)

3 TWM-800W. Twin nozzle Hot Air Blower for wrapping speeds up to 600 pcs per min. . Principle of working , being the same but with higher volume air outlet from nozzles to accept higher wrapping speeds.

4) . LP- 540W -- In our continued efforts to develop energy efficient products, we have developed a very efficient hot air unit for Lolly pop Wrapping LP 500W. These double nozzle hot air Units for lollypop wrapping are providing lot of advantages to the confectioners through out our country and abroad. The unit while providing a temperature of 350 deg cent to the Stick side twist , provides only 280 deg to 300 degrees to the free twist side of the lollypop making the operation very convenient and purposeful to the product. This way the non-stick side does not get over heated
The other advantages available with the candy wrapping Heater TWM-600W continue to be available, making the Hot air unit LP500W a most desirable addition to all Lollypop Manufacturers and Lollypop machine makers.
LP540W has the basic body structure similar to TWM-600W , Power rating is 500 watts /230 volts heater and 40 watts/230 volts motor for air blower.
(Temp of air at one outlet nozzle is 350 deg cent while the other outlet nozzle emits air at about 270 deg cent. . For slower output speeds of machine this can be proportionately reduced by means of the voltage regulator)
All the above versions come with a support bracket to enable easy bolting to your machine at a suitable position. (Minor modifications to the bracket can be done if required at your end)

5) . HAB -1000W (1500W /2000W also available) --These Hot Air blowers have a large outlet nozzle making them very suitable for chamber / room heating applications. These come in three versions of 1000 W, 1500 watts, 2000 watts with air blowers powered by a 80 watts /230 volts motor. The body of construction is SS 304, and the units have long life . These are finding good application in Graining Rooms in Confectionery Industries.
Higher temperatures of outlet air can be arranger if desired for all our equipments.
